Our “Stop Work Authority” program not only empowers employees with the capabilities to stop the job, but also instills the confidence in our work force to address unsafe conditions and unsafe behaviors as they occur.
This confidence and safe work culture is intimately supported through robust training and positive recognition of these safe practices with our “Good Catch” program.
All unsafe conditions and unsafe behaviors that are identified organically are rewarded, discussed, and shared across our work force platform.
