Gen Collins
CEO
Gen oversees the strategical direction and day-to-day operations of Patriot Tree Surgeons. and provides guidance to each of the company's operations, as well as playing an active role in the planning and execution of our projects.
Gen, after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a BS Medical Laboratory Science, worked in area hospitals for over 20-plus years where safety and quality are paramount.

Dave Ebbert
President
Mr. Ebbert grew up in a small town in rural Pennsylvania where you grow up knowing how to use a chainsaw. Dave found himself working as a leader in the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons for nearly 30 years before returning to tree trimming.
Dave brings that culture of safety and leadership back to Patriot Tree Surgeons as our Director. Dave believes that safety begins from the top down in any company – and lets that culture permeate all the way to our crews on the ground.
Lee Terwilliger
Director of Safety
Lee began his career in Utility Vegetation Management as a ground worker in June of 2002. He advanced to a crew leader before moving into the safety profession. He then progressed to Director of Safety. Lee is a first aid and CPR instructor, ISA certified arborist, and an ATSSA certified flagger instructor. Lee has 20 years of experience working in the utility services industry. He now leads the health and safety program, and training, at Patriot Tree Surgeons, LLC.
He develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates environmental, occupational, and health/safety programs. Ensures compliance with OSHA and other related federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Lee conducts safety audits of the vegetation management we provide at job sites and enforces adherence to regulations governing the health and safety of individuals, vegetation management industry, and protection of the environment.
Glenn Neff
Director of Operations
Glenn Neff, our director of operations and central Pennsylvania native, has always had a passion for the great outdoors. Beginning in 1986, Mr. Neff started his career in the tree service industry as a ground's men. He steadily elevated himself to management, which is where he's been thriving for over 20 years.
At Patriot, Glenn works tirelessly to acquire new clients and projects, while supervising and scheduling ground's crews throughout the East Coast.
Debbie Wilkinson
Office Manager
Debbie started her career at Quest Diagnostics/Optum360 overseeing AR/Billing Coordination for patients and third party vendors.
She then advanced to Lead Billing Quality and Audit Representative where she was responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance and conducted audits and analysis to improve processes and reduce errors in performance.
Now, Debbie supports Patriot Tree Surgeons operations by maintaining office services by organizing procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence and managing financial records.
